I live next door to one of the duplex apartments they own. Let me tell you about that. The yard is in terrible condition. When it is mowed any debris is left in a pile I'm the yard. I the winter and fall months it has not been raked . There are leaves and branches The house has a central ac unit on the ground outside that has leaves and debris all around it and in it.
