Our neighbors had a pool put in and they ruined the yard between our houses getting their equipment in and out. We spoke to one of the workers before they started and were told that any damage to our yards would be fixed. My husband called the manager at Martin Pools after the job was completed and he absolutely refuses to send anyone to come fix it. I would recommend that you get everything in writing before using any pool company, but stay away from this one. They cut a lot of corners, I have seen it with my own eyes.
MARTIN POOLS - The nightmare experience The entire process from start to finish and through the entire warranty was a complete nightmare. I wouldn't wish Martin Pools on anyone. They lied, cheated, stole, committed fraud, screwed up nearly every single step of the way, gave me nothing but constant attitude and every time one of their worthless subcontractors came I had to take off work to be the unpaid foreman making sure they didn't ruin my house. Major MISTAKE using Martin Pools! We had 3 major issues with this company and could never get anyone to return a call, email or text. The concrete decking cracked within hours of the pour, we upgraded to better pool finish, only to have large stain (see photo) and company removed our fill so we didn’t have enough fill come time for completion and we had to pay for additional dirt.
