The receptionist is probably the rudest lady I have ever spoken to on the phone she was also extremely rude to my husband. They came out twice we paid them a bunch of money and they fixed nothing, so we call and every time it’s “okay someone will be out” someone finally comes at 4pm and fixes nothing. Don’t waste your time or money, go to ANC HEATING. Unprofessional and have zero care for customer satisfaction they just want your money.

I had the pleasure of working with Martin Plumbing to repair a gas leak coming from the lines leading to my cooktop. The leak was discovered when NYSEG came to swap out my old gas meter for the new smart meter. Once NYSEG discovered the leak, they red tagged my meter, put a pin in it, and shut off my gas. I called Martin Plumbing (spoke to Paul) on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me scheduled for Friday morning. We have been doing business with Martin's for over 15 years. We have bought parts for our older furnace - if they dont have it in stock, they call me as soon as it comes in, had gas lines installed for a fireplace, main sewer lines cleared out of tree roots. They always have provided great service and advice. I always appreciate the work they have done in the past, and we will continue to use them in the future.

We called for service on our old furnace that stopped working. The servicing gentleman came out within minutes. He had all the parts we needed and fixed multiple issues in one quick visit. It was incredible and we highly recommend this team!

We lost water this past Saturday. We are on a well. They called us back first thing Monday morning and we’re here by 11:30. They were FANTASTIC!! Found the issues, one was very tricky and they fixed both issues and were finished by about 2. They cleaned up after themselves, were knowledgeable, efficient and we could not be more pleased! We would highly recommend.
