Dr. Cichon was attentive, thorough, kind, caring, and proactive. He didn’t hesitate to diagnose and treat my asthma and bronchitis with proper treatment.. Within days I was feeling much better.
Dr Chichon was kind and supportive when I went to the urgent care for a possible tick bite fever. He came in several times to speak to me and wanted to be sure I was going to be alright.
This doctor is rude and arrogant. He should not be in urgent care caring for sick patients. Yelling at a patient is not acceptable and being afraid to be in the room with a patient who has the flu and is coming for help is unacceptable. That’s why people go To urgent care and what doctors in urgent care have signed up for. He may need to find another trade.
Went in for a bacterial infection for my son in urgent care and even with the best insurance, the bill was $500 out of pocket for a 15 minutes visit. This is after insurance paying close to $400. Doctor didn't bother to disclose the side effects of the strong medication prescribed.
