Dr ghosted me completely. Wouldn't even send me medical records or answer the phone. Offered help through solutions but never came through. He was a referral from another doctor. They have since removed him from the preferred providers list due to complaints.
Terrible terrible place. Did lots of mistakes of not responding medication notices from cvs, filled the wrong order for my mri appointment to x-ray, and tried to call never really responded it. The worst part is the receptionist in the front desk has the worst attitude when I told them to fix their mistake. If I can get this place a zero point I would. I will never go back to this doctor. I have sent proof of payment for a bill paid earlier last year at least three times and I still continue to get a request for payment frequently.
Unprofessional staff. Dr recommended surgery however staff never called to schedule it with me. I called regarding scheduling it but scheduling coordinator never contacted me. Multiple billing statements sent after full payment received. Continues to harass for payment even after providing proof of payment numerous times.
