I loved Dr Martin when I had braces on but what a slap in the face today when I go in and request a new mouth guard be made. The assistant tells me it’ll be $400. Ok, why wasn’t this communicated to me before I drive 45 mins to the office? I understand it was communicated to the Dr after I made the appt but I made the appt 2-3 weeks ago, that gives plenty of time to call and let me know. Not wait till the day OF the appt and tell me. Dr. Martin is an excellent orthodontist. He has worked wonders with my kids teeth, and is equally amazing at treating adults as well. We commute from 40 minutes away for our appointments, and it is absolutely worth it. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Since my daughter’s consultation to today’s tightening visit, we have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Dr. Martin and the rest of the staff are personable and professional. We recommend Martin Orthodontics to all of our daughters’ friends.
Dr. Martin is awesome! He was very professional he explained everything step by step he was so excellent I put my little sister in braces. If you ever needed an orthodontist I would recommend Dr. Martin.
