This Appraiser (Martin) came to my house last month to appraise of my home. I don't think he understands the current market of silicon valley. He appraised our home 25% below the current average home value. We had 3 appraisers in last 2 years, no one has appraised our home so low. In any case avoid him by all means. He has no clue of how to appraise a home and I don't think he does any research on the neighborhood sales.
