I was out of oil on one of the coldest days of the month and the driver could not get up.my lane ... I called in explaining i am house bound and need the oil badly they found a truck and driver to make a special delivery. What a great company. One who cares and goes the extra mile.
First I had problems a few weeks ago with my business card at your pumps, so far crickets. Today I purchased off road diesel for my farm in Orbisonia and was charged sales tax. I objected at that point as it is farm use. My decision is never to return to a Martin's owned store, period. You are required by law to post at the pump the full price, it is not in Orbisonia. You pump at one price go inside to pay and it is six percent more. Regardless it is bait and switch; the price shown is not what is charged!
