It's tax season and if you're looking to buy a car for yourself or for your college children I definitely wouldn't recommend them. They are liars. They have two sets of keys to every car that is on their property but if you get locked out and call them for assistance the old man with his arrogant self is very rude They will lie and say they don't have the spare key but let them want to repo it over the insurance being late they will have a spare key then. Only had 1 issue with them & that was them picking up my car and making me pay the full balance to get it back. My car was a great car from jump never had any big problems with it. My husband paid it off so I’m down with monthly payments. I’ll just say plz read your contract with any dealership before signing anything it’ll save you a lot of problems and hardships when you start falling behind.
Easiest car buying experience in the world. Shane was very patient an took all of my questions and soothed my concerns. He held the vehicle I wanted while I went to the bank to get my down payment. He put me in the nicest truck I have owned. Martin has earned a customer for life!
Shayne and his Father Mr Martin are truly great people and a blessing to me. They even stayed after hours to make sure i got into my great car. I love my Nissan Murano, such a good car. These guys really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and professional as well. Thank to Martin Motors and their wonderful staff.
