Very high rates with unreasonable conditions. After a year I notified them via email I was cancelling. They sent a form to cancel, no follow up asking why. Received a call this morning if I don't sign it I will be charged for 2 weeks. Very, very poor customer service.Went with cooperators, cheaper and better coverage.
Our family are grateful to Ben and Cheryl at MMR for helping us to place a difficult cottage insurance policy this week. They were able to help us improve our coverage, while saving money, too.
I calmed accountant department to clarify some charges that was made on my credit card. She was very helpful.
