My daughter has been seeing her PCP here for the last year. This office has gone above and beyond for us multiple times, and I can’t express my appreciation enough. Her PCP Dr. Vernace is so kind, and genuinely cares. Dr. Wicina has seen her a few times, and has been extremely helpful and thorough. They manage to fit her in at last minute notice, and anticipate any surprises. They are wonderful to work with. The nurses have all been delightful and caring as well!
The actual doctors here are fabulous. I can't say the same for the front desk. Anytime you call you will be put on hold for up to 45 mins at a time, and when they finally answer the phone they are shrill and unpleasant acting like you are inconveniencing them. Front desk and reception needs a lot of work.
Christina Vernace is a great Docter. Definitely use her for your children and the nurses here are truly amazing and helpful.
Susan Bravo and Genon Wicina are the best pediatricians around! I recommend them to families all the time. Thank you for all you do!
Seriously the most amazing practice from scheduling to walking out the door. I am still amazed at this office and cannot stop thinking about how perfect everything went. We were new patients today to this office and Dr. Susan Bravo and her staff went above and beyond and totally exceeded my expectations! Best experience I have ever had with a medical office period. If you are thinking about scheduling an appointment! DO IT!
