Tried to schedule an ENT appt., was told I'd have to pay in cash, upfront before I could book an appt. for...4+ months out. It's outrageous how poorly Cleveland Clinic has become for our community
They were awesome, I got transfer to this clinic and they were amazing, nice nurses and very efficient, they really listen and care. I didn’t went to the ER in there but the transfer was smooth and everyone was so friendly, the doctors explain you step by step! The rooms super clean and the view from the room was great. They work with insurance and I can’t me more happy
Had an overnight stay after a procedure and stayed on the 5th floor my nurses Moesha and Jeannine were awesome. Very clean and the food was excellent.
I was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic North in Stuart, through the Emergency room. Not my choice, but by necessity. I was there for two and a half days. The doctors seem professional, knowledgeable and were very courteous. The nursing staff , with the exception of 1 nurse, were very young, inexperienced , and totally incapable of performing their patient care duties. It got to the point that I had to tell 2 of the nurses to leave my room, as they did not know what they were doing. Awful!! Avoid going to this hospital at all... read more
To be charged hidden fees for a test that they claim is hospital/clinic fee is outrageous and should be illegal. Dont get any test there bc you will be shocked how much you will be charged.
