The nurses were very rude and laughed at me for coming in for my mistake. I'm sensing a HIPAA violation in the near future from these immature, disrespectful people. I will sue. I also reported these terrible women.
Family emergency forced us to swiftly go to emergency department that led to emergency surgery. All the staff at this facility was fantastic, patient and tentative When we got into our room the staff was checking in on us very constant and with great attitudes and kindness. Pain management was spot on to provide much needed comfort during our emergency crisis. This location allowed visitors 24-7 around the clock while in the room. Customer Service does not exist at this facility. They are rude, unprofessional, and refuse to return phone calls. Unless you have an emergency I would avoid this place at all cost.
