I am a long time patient of Martin Memorial/ Cleveland Clinic. All my physicians are under the MM umbrella. I truly am very impressed with the way that this healthcare organization is run. The doctors are all so nice, respectful, caring and interested in hearing what I have to say. Very disappointing! I chose to see Dr. Kappler (GI) for the great reviews he had. I called in for an appointment back in May, but was assigned to the PA, who immediately recommended a colonoscopy. They did some blood work and results came back abnormal in early June. Up to this point, no one had called me for the appt. for the colonoscopy yet. Never trust and choose this one, the doctors will charge you much more than they should even though they did NOTHING! WORST I EVER used! SHOULD BE RATED NO STAR!!!!!!
