The owner said he would be at install, he wasn't. The work that was done wasn't where we had agreed. Then his incompetent workers got their equipment stuck in my chimney, wanted to open the chimney walls, created a huge soot pile, and then used my box fan to "clear the air" which blew greesy soot throughout my basement and first floor, covering all of my children's toys in their play room.
