I believe Martin & Martin is a prejudice incompetent law firm..I was referred to attorney Martin , through another attorney, for legal advice pertaining to a potential discrimination case..Mr.Martin was unprofessional, belligerent, and attempted to belittle me for lack of knowledge that i have on hippa laws..I'm not an attorney I'm just a regular guy in dire need of advice so I have no idea why he was so irate..little do he know I recorded the conversation between us, I wish I could post his recorded behavior online..I shoul... read more
I was asking a question just regarding pay frequency and is there any action or recourse I may have when I called in. Not including an additional issue that had not even been mentioned at this time. When I asked a question regarding pay frequency or pay being late the gentlemen on the phone was more concerned in utilizing unprofessional language and asked how old is was and basically stated it sucks but if they don't have the money they can't pay you.
