I called to inquire and Thomas Martin was VERY rude and short and sound a little confrontational when your trying to ask a question NOT a good 1st impression, I hung up on him and he did call back and tried to apologize but I was already not happy with his service just from the initial conversation. Just because your 78 don't give you the right to be rude, short and unprofessional when someone is seeking help. Mr. Martin was great to work with. From the start, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything so I understood the process. He was professional, always responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. He also had a great sense of humor which made everything less stressful.
