People like Rosy have no clue. Yes they do put off smells but not a health hazard. I’ve been around these plants my entire life. Think about this you fight to close them down and move them farther out all that will do is drive up the cost of road maintenance. Some things that will also come with that is higher taxes, longer road construction projects and maintenance will decrease.
Living within 2 miles of this plant is a health hazard. Also, they're pumping fumes from 7am, not 8am. Just to let you know in case you're wanting to get out on the poudre trail before it becomes unbearable. Can't wait till they close down for good
