Martin Maintenance LLC did some electrical work for me, changing out a ceiling fan and connecting it with a remote controller. They came when they said they would, arrived exactly on time, were courteous and very considerate of our property while working, liked our dog, and the price for their work was remarkably low. I'd be happy to have Jamie, our electrician for this job, back anytime to do more work for us.
We had a wonderful experience with Martin Maintenance . They did some cabinet painting and touch up in my kitchen and installed new Kitchen counters for us. Besides being so happy with the outcome I was so happy with the level of customer service I received. Angel was amazing and so responsive to all my cares and concerns. I find that good customer service is hard to come by these days and I truly appreciate and notice when people go above and beyond. Casey came over to take a look at our project. Took measurements, etc. he sent a couple of addresses where they had done similar work. Never heard back. Ghosted us. Completely. Your mileage may vary. So sick of these contractors that do that. At least tie off saying you can't do the job or aren't interested. Leaving us just hanging... no bueno

It is hard to find a contractor one can trust if one does not live there! We used Martin Maintenance for a big remodeling project on our condo at the beach - new kitchen and new bathrooms, painting, new light fixtures, etc. They did a great job! Casey and Doug were responsive with any issues and best of all I am so happy with the end result!
