His nurses have no clue what they are doing, they are just random girls that have no medical background. You can ask them a simple question " like when they take my blood pressure if I ask am I high, low, or just right" they all say I'm not sure that's something you'll have to ask doc. One of the nurses is dating his son and is the rudest girl I think I have ever met. Dr. Klos is a gentle and caring doctor whom I trust absolutely. He has been my doctor for almost 15 years and I get really nervous about the prospect of going to anyone else. He is professional and informative. His staff is generally easygoing and good to talk to, even when some of the patients are really unpleasant to deal with. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for my appointment, but I am never told that I need to come back a different day. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen.
