Most Preferred Dr Jones was very professional and pleasurable to work with in such a difficult time. He explained all procedures thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about my surgery. It's been roughly a little over a month since my surgery and I have been released to start running and training for marathons. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jones to anyone needing neck or back surgery.

CNSA and its staff are great ! I really believe with all my heart that Dr Jones cares for his patients , not only on a professional level , but a personal one too. His care and attitude while taking care of me was top shelf. He communicated very well with my family and was always ready to do what was necessary to make my comfort job 1. the facility and staff were a,ways very nice , very helpful at each appointment.
Back Pain. I think Not! Dr. Jones is not only a consummate professional but has excellent people skills. He also is an excellent surgeon in whom I fully trust. Will recommend him to anyone that can use his services.

Great doctor Dr. Jones has been the most perrfessional doctor with which I have had dealings!!! However, the scheduling staff was by far the most difficult with which to deal. I never got as csall back to schedule the initial appointment. I had to come into the office and demand an appointment by sitting and waiting in the waiting room. I tried by phone for over three months dealing with staff that for some reason denied my request for an appointment.
From severe pain to painless very upbeat and encouraging. full of info when I needed it--excellent surgeon who knows his stuff. I had almost no pain following the surgery.
Excellent Dr. and Staff! Dr. Kritzer did an amazing job! He and his staff were very professional and made me feel very welcome each visit. Dr. Kritzer was very thorough and was able to explain things so I could easily understand. Any time I had a question I got a very quick, friendly response if calling from home. Dr. Kritzer helped get me back to 100 percent, I am extremely grateful for what he was able to do for me.
