I can't say enough about my experience at Koch Dental! I've been coming in over 5 years now, and each time, the experience has been great. From the front of the office to the back, everyone has been so nice and welcoming! Really big thank you to Vikki at the front of the office she really works with you to make sure you're taking care all the way through the process! And I can't forget Tracie, one of the best around!
The dentist is great, but Vikki the office clerk is very rude and unprofessional. She makes many mistakes and is unpleasant to talk to.
