Tram and I really enjoyed working with Martin Karamanyan. We asked martin to help us sell our lovely home few months ago and the outcome turn great more than we hope for. Our first time selling experience was amazing. Our agent Martin Karananyan was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and very communicative. We definitely will ask Martin in the future for any selling or buying and highly recommended Martin to all my friends and families.

Martin was an amazing person to work with when purchasing a house. He was patient with us during the exploring phase to very helpful when we put our first offer. Never did me and my husband feel pressured by Martin at any stage of the buying process too. Martin is very knowledge about the market and answered all our questions. His network also helped us when preparing application and closing. We highly recommend working with Martin as he is a supportive and reliable person to count on
