Made a mistake on my taxes that was found years later by the state. Had to pay a penalty and he was very nonchalant about it. Never will use his bogus service again
I wanted to take this moment to mention that Mr. Kapp and his staff are always there for me when I need them. When I have questions concerning matters anytime of the year they are always there to answer those questions also and I appreciate it.
