My Mother and I thought we had made an appointment with Mr. Martin and found that we had mistakenly made an appointment with another person with the same first name at another office. Mr Martin still honored the appointment. He listened to all of our questions and gave us several options for our plans. We are so thankful for his kindness to our mistake in the appointment and for his excellent communication and options.

In mid June this office was contacted for a title search in regards to property to be sold. 2 weeks ago I called to find out why it was taking so long. I called another local office and they said it should take less than a week. I called Thomas Martin's office back, and was informed the file has been "lost" until that moment I called. Then I was informed there was paper work I needed to sign, it would be mailed out. Yesterday I called to find out the status of that paperwork. I was asked if a title search was needed. Mr. Martin is professional & easy to work with. My wife & I signed the deed to our new house with his secretary. She was 1000% nice.
