The WORST office EVER! Plan on spending AT LEAST 2 hrs waiting with or without an appointment. They leave you waiting for hours then only try to spend 5 mins in the room with you. They don't explain anything to you and half the time the doctor acts as if he doesn't know what he's doing. I hate this office and I am currently looking for a new doctor
Enjoyed my visit. My son had an ear infection. I liked that he was quick and direct. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.
First time at the Schear Family Practice Network on 504 Bowen st. And first impressions are abyssmal. The building looks abandoned and very run down. After entering the building the floor and carpeting in the waiting area was extremely dirty, soiled and littered with trash. Not hygenic by any means for a physicians office! The smell of the wood paneing througout the waiting room reeked of old cats, smoke and urine. The wait times were horrendously long and the staff was very unhelpful! Stay away
I was scheduled an appointment with Dr Schear office on needmore then I'm later told I don't have an appointment scheduled Salem office person on phone has very poor customer svc skills. I see why this doctor has a grade of 2.7
When I went to this office I was a new patient and had made the appt. to see Dr. Brown based on his healthgrades reviews. The 1st visit he spent 2 minutes with me and 2 minutes on my second visit, did not go over the tests he had ordered with me. THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR AND THE WORSE PRACTICE IN THE CITY OF DAYTON! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! AND TO TOP IT OFF GETTING ON HEALTHGRADES THIS MORNING I FIND OUT AFTER LOOKING AT THE PICTURE THAT WASN'T DR. BROWN IT WAS DR. SCHEAR!
Wait was too long, he was not even in the building until an hour after my appointment was scheduled for. He only asked me one question then left and did not return. Nurse took alot of blood tests and then told me to come back in 2 weeks, when I returned he had not reviewed tests and did not go over them with me, just sent nurse in again to take more blood, when I asked why she said; the doctor is trying to find out why you are so tired all of the time???!!!! I never said I was!
