From start to finish, Martin-Jetco was great. Jessica was efficient and empathetic regarding our issues. My furnace was not working and the temp was single digits. The process exceeded my expectations and my tech, John was efficient, fast and friendly!
We had a furnace stop working and it was 60° in the house I called Martin Jetco after hours phone number at 7am and Kevin was here before 9 o’clock the same day got everything fixed for just the visit fee.
Very fast arrival time. Logan took the time to explain in detail what was causing my issue. Got it fixed quickly and the pricing is fair. I have nothing negative to say. 5 stars all day long. Thanks!!
