Work was done by Jamal & Jacob replacing our system when it had been blown off the roof by a tornado. They were very dedicated, hard working & efficient. Answered any questions I had & kept me informed. They worked hard all day by the end our AC was hard at work again working great!!
Amazing service from Doug, Jamal and Justin. Doug provided us with a window AC unit until the main AC unit could be installed. Jamal and Justin arrived right on time - early in fact - and provided us with updates as they were installing the unit. Professional, friendly and efficient - top notch service!
The overall process was easy, quick and done with our interest in mind. Within 24 hrs we are up and running. All timeframes meet cost were reasonable. The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly.
My AC went out on Saturday just as it became unbearably hot this year. I left an online message on Sunday and had a phone call back from Debbie on Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday, Thank God! Kyle arrived about 10:00 AM on Tues and had me back with a functioning AC unit by 2:00 PM, including replacing a blower motor, and PMing my unit inside and out. Kyle was super nice, helpful, and so professional. Thank you so much for your prompt and exceptional service. It is greatly appreciated!
