Amazing! We had Jack as our service tech. We had a bad smell coming from our ducting for a week. I had another HVAC company come out and quoted me to replace ducting that had been ripped open by a animal. James not only clean all of our floor ducts, he cleaned our furnace, all of our floor vent covers and dryer ducting. He also went under my house and took pictures of all of our ducting which was completely in tact and had no rips in it at all!!! Excellent customer service and professional quality work! Caliber Duct Services came to my house to address the issues we have been having with a lot of dust, they came in and assessed the situation with full detail and explained everything with our air systems. After a very thorough inspection and after being approved ( due to professionalism and honesty) they scheduled us and took care of the job. I am breathing and feeling better already! I scheduled this really just for the dryer vents however I got the all vents done as well and, I'm glad I did! This was great and so was Caliber Duct Services who came out for the service. They were very professional they explained everything before they started and after they finished showed me the stuff we were breathing. I was shocked and embarrassed that this was not done a long time ago. I will be calling them back when is time to do it again! Thanks again guys for everything!
I thought they did a great job and took the time to walk me through every detail. I am an Air Quality engineer and Eddie spent over an hour on the phone with me talking about air quality. They were very accommodating with schedule and I thought price was fair. The quality of work was impeccable.
Used them this week to clean out our dryer vents. Very efficient workers. Did the job well. Nice people. Offered suggestions for avoiding problems going forward, cleaned the area, even though it was not part of their job, made sure everything was back in place, etc. Pricing is reasonable as well. Will recommend Caliber Duct Services and use them again.
