Well pump stopped working last night and we had no water!! Marty took my phone call at 8:30 in the evening and was here to start the job at 8:30 this morning. Identified and fixed the issue within a half hour! Marty came prepared with my well history (he pulled it online) and was very knowledgeable. He explained my set up and what I could expect in the future. Marty provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend him!!
Came home tonight to no water! Martin and his son showed up just as it was getting dark, crawled around until they found the problem and installed a new well pump. I am so grateful to him for the prompt and honest service! When I thanked him for coming out so late, he said “I know I have a full day tomorrow and might not be able to get to you, and wanted to make sure you had water”! I am very comfortable with how he explained things and his son is very well mannered and professional as well. Definitely will recommend them!!
Marty provides fast, dependable service. We had trouble with our water pressure, called him, within a half hour he was at our house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. This is not the 1st time we have used him and it will not be the last. What a great guy! We would highly recommend him!! Thank you so much Marty!!
I called Martin when my well pump quit working a few months ago. Within three hours of my call he had it replaced and my water was back on, and at a very reasonable price. He's highly recommended.
