As a staple of the community I am extremely disappointed in this company having a spokesperson on TikTok expressing political hatred and attacking people with derogatory language. This company should be making better statements, nothing wrong with having opinions but spewing hate wearing a company brand is shameful 0/10
Carpet was good. Installation wasn't the best had to reschedule because they were 2 hours late. No real empathy on Martins part. Feel that promptness and timing are important. Had to have furniture and house out of sorts for 3 more days because we weren't important enough to be on time.
