Had an accident in my brand new car and all was just suspension work . They had the car back to me relatively fast , they communicated and gave me updates and responded quickly . The car feels and drives great again , the car was clean , and not a scratch , ding , or dent ! Glad I decided to go with Martin service !
Charged me $80 to hook up a check engine light reader. They "fixed" the problem and 5 miles down the road the same issue returned.
If you want to know how their customer service is, just look at the reviews. Five star reviews get replies. People with problems, who leave bad reviews, are ignored. This virtual behavior is exactly how they conduct themselves in real life. You are just an open wallet and they will take you for as much money as they can grab.
