Went to parts today to replace rubber on wiper blades for my Honda Crv. Sold me the parts with no problem. Brought them up to front desk and did not offer of help to install. Even if I could have removed the rubber from the blades which I couldn't, how am I supposed to know there are metal pieces that need to be removed from old rubber and placed in new. It would have been common courtesy to ask if I needed assistance.
They answer their phone and genuinely try to help you out
