Approaching the two year anniversary of my brand new home at Sandbrock Ranch in Aubrey, Texas. Phil and his team made this process very seamless. We signed a contract for a new build within 10 days of our first meeting. Phil has the "it" factor when it comes to being a realtor and I was very fortunate that I met him when I did.
