Phil won us over on the try first call we had when he walked us through and educated us on the North Dallas area, ways different areas tax rates can impact the monthly cost and got to know us. Approaching the two year anniversary of my brand new home at Sandbrock Ranch in Aubrey, Texas. Phil and his team made this process very seamless. We signed a contract for a new build within 10 days of our first meeting. Phil has the "it" factor when it comes to being a realtor and I was very fortunate that I met him when I did. I look forward to working with him when I purchase my next home.
Phil had been working with me for about 3 years preparing for if we would put our house on the market. Never pushy, gave great advice & referrals for the work needed. This year about 1.5- 2 months ago we put our house on the market during the time the housing prices in Texas were going down. He help us navigate this to getting our house to the right price & sold.
