I unfortunately was also a “client” of Martin Hochberg. Martin Hochberg over bills his clients. He will treat you like an enemy all while taking your monies. After you are overcharged and without proper service Hochberg will sue you in small claims court. He will call the press on you to help his own business. He has NO regard for his clients. Seek other counsel.

I was unfortunately a “client” of Martin Hochberg. Right out of the gate he over bills his clients. He will treat you like an enemy all while taking your monies. After you are overcharged and without proper service Hochberg will sue you in small claims court. He will call the press on you to help his own business. The Commonwealth should immediately investigate their practices. FIND SOMEONE ELSE !
