I would have given zero stars if that were an option. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They came out pretending to inspect the unit, charged a service fee they initially quoted as $139, and then tried to demand double once they were on-site. They made excuses to leave without resolving anything and stopped answering calls after collecting their fee. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services. I can see 3. 5stars reviews from there employees name.
