I was always accepted quickly and had good doctors that attended to my particular emergency. So instead of going to the Hospital and having to wait to get admitted which may not be needed. This Cleveland Clinic servers as a pre evaluation of your diagnosis to admit you to the hospital or send you home with a prescription without the long wait & costly bills. It was a great idea to create this ie: MDNOW that has your previous records on hand. So they know your history.
If you have an urgent emergency don’t go here. Even though I was keeled over in pain and in an urgent way they just let it happen. And the front lady at the desk doesn’t know what she’s doing and is very disrespectful. I went somewhere else and the pain was 10/10 and turns out I’m getting my appendix removed I got appendicitis. So if you are on the verge of a medical emergency I highly recommend not going here terrible staff and treated me like dirt
