If I could give no starts at all, I would. It is so discouraging and disappointing in what the medical field as a whole has become. My stay at Martin North was a complete horror. Sat in the ER for hours, not able to get my testing completed timely, watched new patients come into the ER and get put in dirty rooms where vials were laying around with other peoples blood and fecal matter all over the bathroom. I saw 2 doctors while I was there, one of them Dr. Ouelette, was very passive and dismissive of what I was telling him. ... read more
Terrible customer service. I also had a two minute appointment and despite good insurance coverage was charged hundreds of dollars for a two minute appointment. What a joke
Would give 10 stars. Best staff. Saved my husbands life. Big props to CVICU staff..RN John, RT O’Neil and Intern Kylie Quinn. I could cry at how well they treated my husband and me as well as a visitor. This hospital seems to be changing for the better. Even the guard up friend was so kind and always asking how my husband was doing when I walked in. I can’t say enough. Thank you to the ER staff as well…who worked so quickly to stabilize him. You are all angels. Sydney the RN also in CVICU is amazing. Thank you all!
I was admitted to the emergency room with tonic clonic seizures. After four days, I was discharged and told to see the neurologist as soon as possible. Cleveland clinic can’t get me in to see a doctor for 7-8 months?? How is this even legal?
