No waiting for equipment, very clean facility, knowledgeable and personable staff, very friendly clients. Perfect for both rehabilitation and for hardcore lifters/training for conditioning athletes. A sanctuary for maintaining good health.
Terrific staff. Large selection of machines and classes. Trainers are awesome.
