It's good they take the cases for free. Mine ended up being too difficult for them and we went through the initial motions with what I feel was a young inexperienced attorney and the insurance company would not settle. The firm told me they could pursue further but they didn't want to put more time into it after the young attorney reviewed it with Mazotti himself. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti for any reason. This firm did not treat me fairly. If I could do it all over, I would not have any contact with this firm for no reason. Nothing about me or my character mattered here. I was lied to, prejudged, misunderstood, and lied on here. I thought Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti was a safe environment, but it wasn’t and hurt here badly because of the poor cultural environment. a minute ago Racist. Racist. Racist. "Zero" black-American male employees. I was the only black male employee at the entire law firm. 44-years-old supporting three children, with a law degree and studying for NY bar. They recovered a portion of my lost wages.. Nothing for pain & suffering or the permanent damage to my arm, neck or back.. Nothing for the scars that I will have for the rest of my life.. Nothing for all of the costs involved with the surgeries or going to therapy for a year. They received the check from the insurance company over a week ago, but refuse to give me my portion. In the process of filing a complaint with the NYS Bar association.

The staff with whom I've interacted at MHM have been uniformily knowledgeable, able, kind and forthright. From the investigator I met with in the hospital, to my case manager, to the attorney who is overseeing the process and even the clerical staff. Everyone professional. If I called my case manager and left a message, I always got a callback in a timely manner. You always contacted us when something was going on. Never rejected our calls and if u weren't there u were very prompt about calling back. Very helpful and always had a suggestion but was not pushy
