Herrick was extremely kind, warm, professional and helpful during such a difficult time. He was very responsive taking all my calls during business hours and responding outside of business hours. His embalming and makeup work were wonderful. My father looked alive! I've never compared costs, however, it seemed reasonable for the services. The establishment itself could use some updates I believe.
