I am Dr K's patient I had been his patient for 15 years and his services are above expectations including the staff members.
I saw Gina for treatment and she was very gentle. I did not feel a thing!! I completely recommend her!
My experience with Dr. Kay was Great! The nurse was gentle, I had earlobe repair surgery. My results are amazing you can not even tell I had gauges. The scar is very light and little. I love my results.

I accompanied my father for his visit to Dr. Kay to check out some spots on his skin. We were impressed by great care provided by Dr. Kay and excellent customer service of the staff. They even have an Ipod for interpretation with a real time translator in the room for people like my dad with limited English. Office is very sparkling clean and beautiful.They very efficient, kind and helpful and even removed another skin bump (not the one we went in for) right on the spot . Thank you Dr. Kay and the team! You are awesome!!!
I've never met another doctor as thorough and understanding as he is! Yes, there was a small wait time but all amazing doctors have wait times. His nurses are very informative and helpful. I live in Palmdale and drive miles to see him and his amazing staff because of the caring service I receive from them!
Gina was excellent! All 10's! I will make sure all my family comes here. She was so patient and answered all my questions!
While I really like Dr. Martin Kay and Dr. Rachel Bak, the staff makes me cringe. If I could bypass them, I certainly would. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and they make me feel UNwelcome. I will still go there as I need to be seen by the doctors (as mentioned above those two doctors are quite amazing). However, I believe other people should be made aware of what may lie ahead if they try to go there.
I came in for a dermatology appointment. I could not have been happier with Dr. Kay. Friendly staff that gave me room to make sure my referral was sent over. Dr. Kay not only had a solution, he broke down and factored out every possible cause of what brought me there. Could not have had a better experience, especially after a bad experience with my old dermatologist. Kay's the man to see. Although I put 16-30 minutes for total wait time, that is NOT a complaint as my experience was excellent.
