This contractor is not trustworthy. They installed my air conditioner less then 2 1/2 years ago. They have came out the last 2 years to recharge the Freon, the first time they charged me $479.00. The next time it lasted 24 hours. They came back and found a leak in the Coils. They replaced the Coils and charged me $975.00. This was all under Warranty. I “do not” recommend Martin Gill’s Heating and Air.
This contractor installed my HVAC systems when my house was being built. He installed two air conditioners and two Honeywell ventilators. One of the ventilators stopped working after 3.5 years (it has a 5 year warranty). A repairman came to my house, took it apart, said he needed to order a part that wasn't working and that he would be back that day or the next.
