I made an appointment with this office a few days ago. I was having a bad cold and needed to see someone ASAP. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone taking my info. When I got to the office next day, the wait wasnt too bad and the Dr. was awesome. He took his time examining me for my cold and going over some other un-related medical questions I had for him. Instead of seeing a doctor in Cleveland (where many have bad reputations) I decided to see doctors throughout the Houston metro area. I do not know who was the doctor a previous post went to, but I can tell all of you that it was not Dr. Schaeffer. Dr Luis Schaeffer is a very professional, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable physician. He is really an outstanding physician, who thoroughly evaluates the patient, and I confirm that he always makes time for any additional questions that I may have. Im not sure what doctor the previous posts went to but it wasnt Dr. Luis Schaeffer. Dr Schaeffer is an outstanding physician, who thoroughly evaluates the patient, is very professional, and always makes time for any additional questions one may have. I have been going to him for some time now, and each time I leave feeling satisfied with his advice and guidelines for my health. I had a horrible experience in their ER! Iam an LVN and am currently unemployed. Therefore, I do not have insurance right now. I went in for severe pain caused by a large lump in my neck which my PCP is pretty sure is Lymphoma.I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was extremely rude who told me that my pain was NOT an emergency and said "I will not order ANY testing" (Basically, B/C I have no insurance) When I asked if she would feel comfterable givibg the same advice to her mother or daughter, her reply was "I would tell t... read more

I called this dr to get a quote for a procedure and he was extremely rude. I would definetly never call again.
I logged in to write a review and see a previous review from almost 2 years ago with a similar situation as mine! I waited 3 hours! I thought he was just trying to mess with me because I didnt happily accept it when his office called me to cancel a prior booked appointment for no reason. I even asked was it an emergency? A surgery? No, they told me, the dr. can cancel appointments at his discretion.
