Mr. Fuller and his staff are consummate professionals. I purchased a ring at auction which was advertised as an 1890s-era, gold Faberge Demantoid Garnet ring, surrounded by diamonds. After examining my 'gem' for one hour, taking measurements and determining how much light the 'garnet' reflected,not only did Mr. Fuller discover that the ring was NOT a Faberge item but it also wasn't even a Demantoid garnet!! Martin Fuller is the best appraiser I have ever encountered. He's extraordinarily competent, thorough as can be (actually has a spectrometer in his office), dedicated, meticulous, knowledgable, and, an all around nice guy. The quality of his work is notable.
