Did not do anything to improve my problem, not at all. No communication with what I was experiencing. I had worse pain after I left for another week.
If you are going to list online that you take Medicare and Medicaid, it would be a good thing to actually accept it. If you will NOT accept it then you should probably take that misleading information off of the internet! And maybe, just have your front receptionist just be truthful and tell potential patients that ALL of Medicaid is an issue for you!
Terrible experience, I just try received service and they not have tolerance for people not have English language, I try speak English and asked for a translator and the front desk lady's can't call for any on phone... Very rassist attitude and I be there pairs minutes 8 am for order they and the schedule in the door say 8:30 so I just walked to eat some breakfast and back later and when I back she's looks mad with me just because I'm Latino and cancel my appointment...
