Kinda of a strange ordering process, never been to a place like that before. If your high volume I guess it might be efficient but they aren't high volume. Had my seal in stock which another place I checked first didn't. So had to have decent inventory. Guy seemed knowledgeable to me, initially distant but once you're turn was friendly. Had reasonable answers to my questions (not a hydraulic/mechanic guy myself). No complaints.
this is the first and last time i had any interaction with this place. i will definitely will not be returning here. they gave me wrong parts even though i brought the old seals for them to match them up and they still got it wrong. when i took them back to get them swapped out they charged me for the replacement seals even after they admitted they had messed that up (said its company policy to not exchange or refund). they had taken the old wiper seal and put it up against the new rod seal and held it out in front of me and... read more
Always takes 30 mins to a hour here and half the time they don’t even have the seals. No urgency
Helped me out right away! Got me what i needed if not close enough which was better than anywhere else I tried!
Manufacture told me the seal kit would 8 to 10 weeks out, the guys at Martin fluid power had exact same seals and I was back in business the same day
