Unprofessional, dishonest, and not very skilled. I am now out several hundred dollars in material and labor due to Robert Martin's incompetence and lack of skill. Not only were there hollow floor tiles, but since he did not know how to correctly lay a 1/3 offset pattern for 12x24 floor tile, the whole floor needs to be ripped out and redone.
