80% of the furniture in our home is now from Martin furniture. We now bypass other furniture stores and make our first trip to Martin. The in store help and delivery service has always been great. I have been very happy with all of my purchases and my dad's bed and recliner for assisted living BEST furniture store on the south side.
Bought a chair at Martin’s Fine Furniture. Unfortunately, had an issue where a seam opened up on the arm. John came to assess and there was not enough seam allowance to repair so they had the manufacturer replace it with a new chair which they delivered to my home. Service like that is unbeatable!
We stopped here looking for quality furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they assisted in finding the furniture we desired. They have a large selection of solid wood furniture. If the item is not available, they can order whatever you may want. This is the update upon recently receiving our order. The furniture is exceptional in quality and design. My favorite is the oak sleigh bed with the dresser and nightstands. It is absolutely beautiful furniture that will be enjoyed for many years.
Friendly sales lady. Helpful but not overbearing like some furniture stores.
