RecommendedI am very pleased with my experience at this facility. Scheduling and check-in was easy. Everyone was helpful and courteous. On-site readings and a consultation with the radiologist who answered all my questions. This is the way a facility should be run.
My wife and I moved to Florida 4 years ago. The experiences we have had with Insurance companies, Health Clinics, Pain Clinics, Doctors, etc. has been a bad experience. Radiology Regional has it together. Nice clean environment, nice people, good procedures. My payment didn't go through my credit card company quick enough, so I got a bill. I called them. They answered the phone quickly. I told them I had paid already. She looked up my account and told me I had overpaid and would give me a refund. She said she had to call me ... read more

hire a good manager & staff in front office
Had a CT Scan here and although I was taken late, overall it was a decent experience. 2nd visit here for Ultrasound, appointment at 8:30 & i showed up at 8:00. Around 8:30 I asked about my appointment and was told I was checked off as already have been seen. A bit after 9:00 I asked again and was told my appt was for 9:00. I was called at 9:25. I guess if you ask any questions you are penalized. The tech was great!!!
Appointment was at 3pm. Was not taken back until after 4pm. The MRI should only take about 30 to 35 minutes. Well it is now almost 530pm and still not done.
RecommendedA couple of years ago, I became really anxious in tight places. I have put off having a much needed MRI because of this. Today, I had the pleasure of having a beautiful young woman named Chelsea who was absolutely an angel. She was soft spoken, professional, assuring, and a true nurturer. She made the experience so comfortable for me. I truly hope Radiology Regional knows what a gem they have! Thank you, Chelsea!
