My husband had an ultrasound in August and the morning of the appointment I called and paid what was supposed to be the out of pocket based on the insurance benefits and the order in their online system. When a company waits 17 months to bill and doesn’t include the credits that have been made to the account, there’s a problem. Especially when the patient is over the age of 80. Never in my life have I experienced such screwed up billing practices. Three messages and ZERO call backs from a supervisor. Never again will either of my parents use Radiology Regional. Fraudulent billing practices leave a bad taste in my mouth! STAY AWAY!!!

Pretty pathetic business on Broadway ft Myers, absolutely no excuse for their mishandling of a appointment made a year ago, they are obvious of not handling 2 appointments in one day and the staff can lie well enough to pull off their screw up
