my husband came here a few years a go for just a routine exam and some new glasses and had a wonderful experience! however, I came I to the office today for an eye emergency and my experience was definitely not the same as his. I think this office is great for your typical eye exam and glasses stop but has a long road ahead in becoming a great place for anyone seeking medical help for an eye situation.

This was my first trip to an eye doctor. I actually sent them a message via Facebook, had a response within minutes. They scheduled me in for an appointment that day and the level of service was off the charts. Dr. martin talked to me like a friend rather than a patient. Once my examination was complete, April had several pairs of glasses already laid out for me to try on, told me what to expect and got my order placed immediately. Well deserved 5 star rating.
Both me and my husband had great experience and service. They didn’t push new glasses when it wasn’t warranted. Nothing was said about dry eyes, but my husband expressed concern and the Dr listed a whole lot of options for treatment. Most of there were either at home remedies which was at no cost or over the counter drops. Being a type 2 Diabetic and with family history (which includes members who have retinopathy) I loved the fact that they take photos of your eyes and are able to see the blood vessel to keep in in check. Disappointed in their ability and skills to adjust my glasses. Seems everyone is now a sufferer of dry eyes and need lubricating �.
